![]() I have activated CodeCharge Studio 5.1.1 after trial period expiry and since then CC5 stopped working. CodeCharge Studio 5.1.1 not responding after License Activation YesSoftware Forums -> CodeCharge Studio -> General/Other Web Reports Visually create Web Reports in PHP, ASP. Needless to say, every time the main Includable Files change, this particular copy of Includable Files need to be changed accordingly.CodeCharge Studio 5.1.1 not responding after License Activation ![]() The Index file need to be re-created after removing features applied from the template when it was created. To address this issue, I copied a set of the Includable Files to the root directory which is only used by the Index file. Step 4 above imposes a particular problem – the main Index file resides in the root directory. This is because of inconsistent manner that relative file addressing is applied when the pages are generated, as mentioned above. For example, if the Includable Files are in a level 2 subdirectory then the New Page Template should also be in a level 2 subdirectory (which may be a different sub-directory) for them to work. ![]() Place all these files at the same level of directories. Then occupy the panels with the appropriate contents (the Includable Pages, in my case) To put 1 and 2 above together into a New Page Template – Insert Panels into the new page templates and assign them to the respective placeholders.Remember that New Page Templates are only applied when new pages are created, which are not updated thereafter even if the templates change. When I change the Includable Files, I wanted these elements in each page to change accordingly. In mine, I wanted to have common elements at the Top, Left, Right and Bottom of the Content area, so I created Includable Files for each them. To create various Includable Files for the various Placeholders – This may not necessary depending on your design objectives.Specify the chosen default design in Project Settings to choose the Master Page for which particular design is applied by default. The Master pages setout the template HTML formats within which named Placeholders are created. To create a Master Page – Master Pages are created one for each design (see the design folder) under every project. ![]() The strategy that was pursued to implement this is according to the following steps: This is how a similar web application was created to address these challenges. For example, references to picture files will not be updated to the file locations while hyperlinks in menus are correctly updated. Organizing the files into sub-directories imposes some challenges as links in the files are not always consistently remapped to reflect the relative location of files using these templates in relation to the files that they are linked to. However, the files used in the sample application are located in the same level of directory. The RegistrationForm sample web application included with CodeCharge shows how elements of a web page can be included in page templates.
